Our training delivery strategy involves working with our strategic alliance and teaming partners. Covenant collaborates with qualified civic organizations and public resource agencies to source and present screened pools of applicants who are mission-ready to handle inbound calls on behalf of our clients. Covenant developed this model in 2005 while working with community organizations to prepare supplemental employees for responding to major disasters (Hurricane Katrina). We received a resolution and award for the LA County Board of Supervisors for our work on this effort.
